What drives me
to work with the social field

that promotes
profound transformations.

Facilitation of meetings,
conferences and workshops

The approach to this practice

The facilitation of social learning processes that I promote is based on practices and methodologies that have been consolidated through years of practice and development.

Based on the approaches of
Goethe’s Phenomenology and Nonviolence,

and various collaborative methodologies such as
Art of Hosting, Sociocracy, Dragon Dreaming and Zegg’s Forum,
I seek to support the development of social systems from
a delicate and profound observation, so that, through
the art of asking and sustaining questions, solutions
are grasped and emerge from the social phenomenon itself.

Based on creative and observational practices, we broaden our understanding of the current situation while finding ways to transform it and developing the skills to undertake them.

Many approaches reproduce controlling and mechanistic logics, dealing with social phenomena in the same way as inorganic phenomena. By imposing simple solutions to complex challenges, these ways of seeing often intensify the problems.

On the other hand, the approach I am developing aims to look at the complexity of contemporary challenges in a flexible and dedicated way, facilitating social development in an integrated and organic way.

Clients I have collaborated with

In over 10 years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working on various projects with:

Who I am

Paulo R. A. Lencioni

A practitioner of observing, understanding and co-creating healthy social organisms, I work as a Social Development Professional, collaborating mainly with organizations and projects in the socio-environmental field. I develop and facilitate based on Nonviolence, Anthroposophy and, above all, Goethean Phenomenology, which I delved into with Allan Kaplan in the programs “Delicate Activists”, “A Goethean Knowing – Intelligence as Practice”, “Deepening Delicacy”, and “Artists of the Invisible” on social development processes (Proteus Initiative of South Africa & Inst. Fonte – 3 years duration), and with Craig and Henrike Holdrege (Nature Institute).

I also work on developing social sculptures, an artistic concept created by the German artist Joseph Beuys, collaborating on international projects with this approach. Seeking to integrate an artistic, creative and imaginative sensibility, I aim to approach social phenomena in a broad, flexible, profound and authorial way.
